• Fish With A Story: All products are fully traceable from catch to consumption. By scanning the provided QR code, customers can access detailed information about their seafood—including the fisher’s identity, catch location, date, and method—highlighting the social and ecological context behind each product. Additionally, users can engage directly with the fishers through messaging features.

• Convenience and Diversity: The marketplace offers a range of options including fresh whole catches of the day, portioned and vacuum-sealed deli products, and traditional coastal pantry items produced by women in small-scale fishing communities. The selection reflects seasonal and sustainable offerings, featuring a variety of species—including lesser-known, undervalued fish that provide unique flavors.

• Eco-Friendly Packaging: The convenience range now utilizes ocean-friendly, biodegradable packaging that is natural and suitable for home composting, aligning with environmental sustainability goals.

• Flexible Payment Methods: Transactions can be completed effortlessly via SnapScan or PayFast, supporting credit card use and instant EFT payments.
